Pulse: Quake 3 alive and kicking on the Moto Droid

Regular contributor to Android Atlas, Taylor Wimberley has posted a video sure to set the hearts of Fandroids to flutter. With a Motorola Droid in his hands, Taylor demos Quake 3 running at a very respectable 20 to 30 frames per second.
Admittedly, it doesn’t look like much fun trying to play the popular FPS on the Droid, the hands we watch in the video struggle with the combination of touchscreen and keyboard controls, but that’s beside the point. It’s Quake … on Android!
